My fascination of wine always was to find out the story behind a label.   This makes wine more interesting, as it isn’t just a competition on how many aromas you can find in a wine.  At the end it is still a product and as a consumer you make the decision if you are willing to pay the price to enjoy alone or with a meal. Wine & Spirit Fair This is an exciting week for wine lovers, so many tasting workshops and wine dinners in town to choose from.  You only wish you could attend all.  But then there are 2 things you must have to satisfy the desire – deep pocket and precious time!
