I was thinking to myself, I probably could name most of the flowers, but would I know the aroma in a blind tasting. Well, getting a bit obsessed with my wine tastings.
When I was taking the wine appreciation classes, it was always easy to detect the fruit elements. But then when it came to floral? Most people were a bit lost, including me!
Grape Wine Journey 
We were served a pot of tea when we went to a Veggie Restaurant the other day. We (3 of us) could not name it and found the taste / smell strange.
When we asked the waiter he said it was lavander tea.
Really, I have lavander hand cream, lavander soap but cannot identify when meeting the real one!
